Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking a Farm Hand to join New-Life Mills Farm in Moorefield, ON. The role involves day-to-day chicken farm operations, animal care, and equipment monitoring.

The position requires physical work, ability to operate tractors and farming equipment, and availability for some weekends and holidays. Health and safety policies must be followed, with opportunities for growth within a long‑standing Canadian agricultural company.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming is an asset.
• Experience in operating tractors and other farming equipment is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays and on call alarm coverage.

Job description

Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm including every other weekend. Employees working a weekend shift will receive a weekday off in lieu.

Your Team

New-Life Mills: New-Life Mills has been a leader in livestock nutrition since 1964, providing feed solutions that support healthy, productive animals. With a focus on research, quality assurance, and species‑specific expertise, we help farmers achieve optimal performance and profitability.

We are seeking an Farm Hand to join our New-Life Mills Farm team. This role is responsible for responsible for day-to-day operations on the chicken farm.

Day to Day
