Job summary

Chinook Equipment in Alberta is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow a portfolio of farming and compact equipment customers. You will manage key accounts, prospect new business, and deliver exceptional service within your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has proven sales success, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to travel to customer sites and events. This role offers a base with commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Local to Lethbridge/Taber area preferred and well-connected in the community.
• Strong knowledge of farming equipment and/or compact equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours to establish the territory.
• Strong sales acumen and interpersonal skills to build relationships and close deals.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Criminal record/credit check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
• Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, and conduct tailored presentations/demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM tracking of deals and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with service and parts to ensure seamless delivery and support.
• Provide after-sale support and exceptional customer service.
