Young's Equipment Inc. Regina is seeking a Service Advisor to join the team in Davidson. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to the agricultural community across nine locations.

The position involves handling inquiries, opening and prioritizing work orders, and managing administrative duties. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency. Regular overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset.
• Extensive customer service skills and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong administrative and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via telephone and email daily, communicating with internal staff and external partners.
• Open work orders and prioritize/schedule work for technicians.
• Manage all administrative aspects of the workorder process.
