Job summary

Our New Liskeard team is hiring a Farm Equipment Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repair orders in a collaborative shop environment. A valid driver’s license is required and you should be willing to obtain an AZ license.

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating farm equipment.
• Mechanics license is preferred
• Willing to obtain AZ license if not current
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Complete repair/service orders
• Diagnose and identify the best repair approach
• Maintain shop cleanliness as a team
• Perform preventative maintenance of Farm Equipment; Truck experience would be an asset
• Back up Farm Operator during seeding & harvest
