Tikinagan Child & Family Services is seeking a Family Service Worker in Muskrat Dam, Ontario, to oversee services and supports for families involved with child welfare. The role operates under the Mamow Obiki-ahwahsoowin Service Model, emphasizing collaborative efforts to raise children within Indigenous communities.

The position requires a commitment to Indigenous culture, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Starting Salary $69,040.

The Family Service Worker oversees services and supports to families – families whose children have been taken into care and families whose children are in their care and are receiving services from Tikinagan. The work of the Family Service Worker is guided by our Mamow Obiki-ahwahsoowin Service Model – everyone working together to raise our children.

Qualifications:
