The Government of the Northwest Territories, in partnership with the Tlicho Community Services Agency, is seeking a Family Preservation Worker for a 1-year term. The role provides home-based support to families involved with Child and Family Services to strengthen parenting skills and promote healthy family functioning.
You will work with families in their homes and communities in the Tlicho region, collaborating with CFS staff and partners.
This job opening is limited to residents living within the Tlicho Region.

The Family Preservation Worker provides direct support to parents and families involved with Child and Family Services (CFS), and reports to the Supervisor, Family Preservation. The position works with families in their homes and communities to strengthen parenting skills, promote healthy family functioning, and support family preservation and reunification.
The position serves the four communities of the Tlicho region and works closely with CFS staff, families and community partners.

The salary range for this position is from $49.68per hour to $59.35per hour (approximately $96,876- $115,732) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $5,536.
