Role and Facility Information

Seeking 4-6 weeks of locum coverage between now and Jan 2026 for parental leave. Duration is flexible and can be adjusted based on the locum’s availability.

The locum will provide coverage for a standard family practice with a diverse patient demographic, seeing about 30-40 patients daily. The existing physician works 4-5 days a week, with one day working from home. Very few prescriptions for controlled substances.

A clinic near Science World is looking to expand its team. It is a hybrid walk-in and family practice supported by 3 nurse practitioners, 1 RN, a clinical counsellor, and an on-site pharmacy. The clinic has 7 exam rooms (expanding to 9), a physician’s office, and 3 physicians. It offers both virtual and in-person appointments, with virtual telehealth lines and private office pods for phone calls.
