Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Mandatory Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Mandatory

Seeking locum to cover for a well-established family physician in a bright new building located in beautiful Port Alberni. Dates and hours are negotiable and flexible within the month of March and June 2025.

This is a professional and friendly clinic with long-serving medical office staff to provide support to both physicians and patients. There are other physicians co-located in the same space which helps create a team atmosphere. This clinic utilizes MedAccess EMR.

Port Alberni enjoys the benefits of a new Primary Care Network, offering additional support to area clinics including nursing in practice and a visiting pharmacist to cover polypharmacy concerns. Also, there is the local West Coast General Hospital nearby and access to many local specialists.
