Role and Facility Information

Family Health Clinic is seeking a family physician to join the practice. We are a family practice clinic with a team-based care model within the Oceanside Primary Care Network. Currently, there are 4 Nurse Practitioners practicing in the clinic, with plans to add two more Nurse Practitioners and two full-time family practice GPs. The clinic is bright, new, easily walkable, and located in the centre of Qualicum Beach, with easy access to extensive trail networks for hiking and biking. If you are looking to be part of an exciting and progressive team, this is the practice for you. Overhead costs are negotiated with the clinic. The area utilizes the Health Connect Registry to help physicians and NPs build their practice efficiently.

Remuneration: New to Practice Contract

Start Date: As soon as possible

May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA), including:

• Recruitment Incentive: up to $10,000
• Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000
• Fee Premium: 5.67%
• Annual Flat Fee: $6,526.98

Rural CME starting at $2,200 per year in years 3 and 4, increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
