Job Title : Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Registered Audiologist – 4-Day Workweek

Employment Status : Permanent, 4-Day workweek with Full Time salary

About Us :

We are a group of well-established, independently owned hearing clinic with multiple locations, dedicated to providing exceptional hearing care and improving the quality of life for our clients since 2006. We are a team of 7 Registered Audiologists and Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner who work as a team and share information to support each other in our individual practice. We do diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and follow ups, cerumen removal, APD testing and training services, vestibular assessment, and vestibular rehabilitation therapy.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a permanent Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Registered Audiologist in our new location in Qualicum Beach. This will be a 4-day workweek role with full time salary. In this position, you will launch a new hearing clinic by provide hearing assessments, fitting and programming of hearing aids, minor hearing aid repairs, and ongoing care for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and consultations.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on hearing health and hearing aid maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Provide exceptional client care and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications :

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
• Experienced with providing diagnostic hearing testing and experienced in selecting and fitting of hearing aids.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for improving the lives of clients through hearing care.

Hours of work :

• About 32 hours of work, 4 weekdays per week.

Compensation :

• Starting salary : $90,000 - $110, 000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
