Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Lawyer located in Toronto, ON. The Family Law Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, CAS, property division/equalization, and spousal support. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate should manage multiple cases, communicate effectively with clients, and stay current with family law legislation.
