Service Corporation International in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Family Service Counselor to support families by arranging at-need and pre-need cemetery services, driving revenue and serving as primary contact. You will lead presentations, respond to inquiries, and build trust with families through empathetic communication, with evening and weekend shifts.

This role rewards strong sales performance with a compensation structure that blends base pay and commissions, plus benefits and career growth

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or an equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Lead generation and prospecting daily.
• Build relationships with families and provide service.
• Explain and present pre-need and funeral-care options.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
