The Family Service Counselor serves families by providing exemplary personalized service and plays an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families.
The estimated total target for this position in the first year typically ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually, consisting of a strong commission-based incentive structure and base pay. In subsequent years, sales professionals commonly earn 100,000 to 150,000 or more annually. Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, geographic location, and applicable business conditions. The position includes an hourly rate of $18.25/hr as part of the total compensation structure.
