Job summary

Qualifications

  • Certification in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with First Nations communities and cultural awareness.
  • Current clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector and Child Intervention Checks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for families and service providers.
  • Gather information and connect families to coordinators or resources.
  • Apply trauma-informed care principles throughout interactions.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data for Enhanced Service Coordination.
  • Use Outlook, Word, Excel and internal database for documentation.
  • Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
