Job summary

Clean Harbors in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to provide front line leadership of plant operations, including refinery and wastewater operations as applicable, and supervise multiple plant employees.

You will ensure adherence to Health and Safety rules, SOPs, and site policies, mentor operators, and coordinate safe, timely permit work and clean work areas, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in plant/chemical operations.
• Proficient with Windows applications (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise department and site operations including refinery and wastewater.
• Mentor multiple operators and plant staff.
• Serve as SME and point of contact for responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules and SOPs.
• Write and issue work permits and ensure safe execution.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
