Job summary

Impact Recruitment, on behalf of a Vancouver property management and development partner, is seeking a mobile Maintenance Technician for a luxury residential complex in North Vancouver. You will help maintain a safe, healthy, and functional environment for tenants and staff.

Responsibilities include inspections, monitoring HVAC/electrical/plumbing, and responding to maintenance emergencies, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience with some commercial or mixed-use experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of building systems are essential.
• Must be personable, professional, and well-spoken, as this is a luxury residential environment with regular resident interaction.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Conduct daily preventative rounds to ensure fire, life, and internal/external building systems are operational.
• Take direction from the Property Management team and assist with all activities related to operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, including internal work orders and service contracts performed by outside service providers.
• Assist and/or respond to maintenance-related emergencies, including after regular business hours.

This position will be mobile support for their new luxury residential complex in North Vancouver. The maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional facility for the tenants and the people in it.

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $75,000
