The Town of Halton Hills is seeking motivated individuals for Facility Maintenance – Part-Time (202648) to support cleaning, maintenance and safety at municipal facilities. You will help ensure spaces are clean, safe, welcoming and ready for recreation programs and events, while delivering excellent customer service to the public.
Responsibilities include cleaning, routine maintenance, asset care, reporting incidents, and assisting staff and contract services.
Reporting to the Facility Maintenance Coordinator or Facility Supervisor, these positions serve to assist and support the efforts of facility staff with the daily operation of the assigned facilities. These individuals must work to ensure the highest standard of care for the cleaning, maintenance and monitoring of the assigned facility. The public nature of this position requires strong customer service skills to support the public in the use of the Facility. As an integral part of this position, facility maintenance staff will support program staff and facility users in their efforts to provide high quality recreation programs and events in a clean, safe, and organized environment.

The rate of pay for this part-time position is $22.97 - $27.35 per hour. This is a part-time position to a maximum of 24 hours per week as needed. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work afternoon/evening, weekend hours and holidays as required.
This position works onsite at Town Arenas, Community Centres and Pools.
