Natural Factors in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Facility Cleaner to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment across manufacturing, warehouse and offices. The role offers a consistent evening shift (3:18 PM–6:10 AM, W-Sa/18:00–06:10 ThFSa) and a wage of $20.45/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus on details to maintain high standards across manufacturing, warehouse, offices, and washrooms.
• Strong organizational skills to handle changing priorities throughout the day.
• Physically capable in a demanding environment.
• Able to operate floor machines, buffers, blowers, and washing machines.
• Knowledge of WHMIS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Wage:

$20.45/hour

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for creating a visually welcoming first impression to our facility

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and auto scrub all floor types (i.e. : washing, buffing, and waxing)

• Empty all interior and exterior garbage, recycling, and cardboard bins

• Thoroughly sweep and clean all exterior grounds

• Other cleaning and disinfecting as needed

You have:

• An ability to focus on details to ensure all areas (manufacturing, warehouse, offices, and washrooms) are maintained to the highest standard

• Strong organizational skills to prioritize pre-assigned tasks and adjust to changing priorities throughout the day

• The capability to work with your hands and keep up in a physically demanding environment

• The ability to operate machinery including floor machines, buffers, blowers, and washing machines

• Sound knowledge of WHMIS policies and procedures
