Natural Factors in Kelowna is seeking a Facility Cleaner to help maintain a safe, welcoming manufacturing environment. The role focuses on cleaning manufacturing areas, offices, and washrooms, with attention to detail and adherence to WHMIS requirements.

The position offers a daytime shift, an hourly wage of 20.45 CAD, and benefits including RRSP contributions, healthcare, wellness days, product discounts, and staff events.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to maintain high standards across manufacturing, warehouse, offices, and washrooms.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Capability to work physically and keep up in a demanding environment.
• Ability to operate floor machines, buffers, blowers, and washing machines.
• Solid knowledge of WHMIS policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Create a visually welcoming first impression of the facility.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and auto scrub all floor types.
• Empty interior and exterior garbage, recycling, and cardboard bins.
• Thoroughly sweep and clean exterior grounds.
• Perform other cleaning and disinfecting as needed.
