Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of facility-based maintenance duties
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning duties within the facility and some outdoor areas
• Organize, maintain, and clean bathrooms, dressing rooms, meeting rooms, janitorial rooms, and storage rooms
• Follow assigned task lists
• Provide customer service and assist in program facilitation
• Respond to customer inquiries according to established procedures and the approved decision-making framework
• Maintain ongoing communication with program, event, and customer service staff
• Provide setups, cleanups, and conversions based on facility programming requirements
• Respond to additional facility requests as required
