JLL is seeking a Facility Ambassador to deliver exceptional day-to-day facility operations, guest services, and stakeholder relations at our Halifax site. You’ll support the Site/Facility Manager with maintenance, space management, and service delivery to keep the workplace running smoothly.

Candidates with 1–3 years in hospitality or facilities, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at JLL.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building services including janitorial, conference rooms, and access control.
• Provide event and meeting coordination and build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and safety compliance, plan corrective actions, and drive improvements.

As a Facility Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional workplace experience for our clients and their employees. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day facility operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and building positive relationships with all stakeholders. You will provide support to the Site and/or Facility Manager with operational activities in maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as primary contact for client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback; manage ticket creation, dispatch, and follow-up through Corrigo to ensure timely resolution of all work requests with technical staff and vendors


• Conduct routine site walkthroughs to ensure facilities are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing while monitoring compliance with Service Level Agreements, policies, regulations, and performance metrics


• Support facility management and engineering teams with budgetary requests, financial analysis, reporting, purchasing, and data collection to align with client goals while continuously improving service performance


• Coordinate all building services including janitorial, food service, vending, badging, conference rooms, furnishings, reception, mail services, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and building access management


• Provide event and meeting coordination support while demonstrating leadership and creativity in service delivery solutions and cultivating positive relationships with clients, JLL representatives, and service providers


• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor Service Level Agreements monthly, identify challenges, plan corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in processes and client satisfaction


• Ensure safety compliance by recognizing hazards, completing assessments, maintaining code compliance, implementing hazard controls, enforcing safety policies, completing required trainings, and managing proper material storage and disposal

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred


• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment


• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service


• Ability to work independently – strong prioritization and time management skills
