Bourgault Industries, a leading Saskatchewan-based manufacturer of seeding & tillage equipment, seeks a Facilities Tier IV Supervisor to guide maintenance with coaching, planning, and long-term department goals. The role emphasizes safety, project leadership, and hands-on participation.

Ideal candidate will bring leadership, planning, and strong communication skills, plus willingness to work overtime/weekends and a journeyman designation. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Journeyman Electrician certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational & planning abilities.
• Able to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Willingness to develop others' skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, train, and motivate team members.
• Assign work to team members.
• Guide team on safety and advise on major safety concerns.
• Lead major projects with minimal production disruption.
• Provide assistance to improve methods and check quality.
• Organize work ensuring materials, tooling and equipment are available.
• Ensure training for all job requirements.
• Develop and maintain a Continuous Improvement culture.
• Perform hands-on duties when time permits.
