Bourgault Industries in St. Brieux, SK is seeking a Millwright or Electrician (Journeyperson preferred; Apprentices welcome) to join our Maintenance team. You will maintain and repair production equipment and facilities, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while supporting continuous improvement.
• Journeyperson – Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician preferred.

Job Summary

Bourgault Industries is looking for a Millwright or Electrician(Journeyperson preferred; 2nd or 3rd year apprentices encouraged to apply) to join our Maintenance team in St.Brieux, SK. We are looking for a hardworking team player who has in-depth knowledge of fabrication equipment and electrical systems. The purpose of this role is to provide maintenance and repair services for a variety of facilities and production equipment. This includes preventative maintenance, general repairs to equipment, as well as major overhauls and rebuilds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and grounds to support safe, reliable operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.

Required Skills/Experience

• In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication equipment (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment forklifts, etc.)
• Effective problem-solving skills, including a high degree of analytical thought and creativity.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems/electronics.
• Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Positive attitude showing a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on a wide variety of tasks.

Wage Range

$30.00 - $45.00 – Starting wage is dependent on experience.
