Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of technical and practical experience preferred.
• Experience as Resident Manager is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trades and suppliers and coordinate all facilities service and repairs pertaining to building and related equipment.
• Respond to facility emergencies promptly and file Occurrence Reports as needed.
• Maintain tenant relationships and deliver prompt service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Schedule tenancy agreements, move-ins, and inspections; manage leasing tasks.
• Conduct regular cleaning, safety checks, and daily walk-throughs of common areas.
