R. L. Polk Mobility LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of our Ontario, Canada offices.

Experience managing vendors, contractors and SLAs.
Knowledge of building systems and security technologies.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to respond to emergencies and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and manage work orders.
Supervise security operations, incidents, access control, and credential management.
Coordinate health, safety, compliance including drills and inspections.
Maintain facility documents, reports, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Operations on related initiatives.
