This permanent full-time role leads maintenance and preservation programs for buildings and grounds, ensuring resident and staff safety and comfort while managing budgets and coordination with contractors.

Reporting to the Administrator, the position requires a two-year college diploma, related certifications, and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Formación

• Two-year community college diploma in a relevant field.
• Degree in Engineering, Business or Trades may be considered.
• Health & Safety certifications and Fire Official course may be assets.
