Job summary

You will perform inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and respond to service requests while following established processes and safety guidelines.

The role requires BS knowledge of BAS, HVAC systems, and a strong safety mindset; candidates must be able to work shifts, be on-call, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus trades training and/or certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience maintaining HVAC or related systems.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems.
• Must be able to work shifts, be on-call and respond to emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
