Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment in Pickering, Ontario is hiring Facilities Maintenance Team Members to keep our 10-pin bowling centres running smoothly. You will perform DIY and general maintenance, liaise with guests and team, and ensure lanes and equipment are in top condition as we prepare for November 2026 start dates.

We offer part-time and full-time roles, onboarding and ongoing training, 50% food, $1 bowling, and mental health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with general DIY tasks such as painting, decorating, plumbing and non-electrical maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong guest service mindset with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Energetic, friendly team player who stays positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for daily tasks.
• Proactive approach to spotting and resolving centre faults and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of the centres and ensure lanes are in full operation.
• Liaise with staff and guests about faults and coordinate repairs.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training to develop skills.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Support the centre team to uphold safety and service quality.

The What...

We need a highly motivated, Facilities Maintenance Team Member who can work alongside our centre team. You'll need to maintain high standards of our centres and ensure our lanes are in full operation. You’ll also be liaising with both the team and the guests about any faults they experience while at the centre.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be trained on everything you need to know. You will be given a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success, as well as ongoing development and career opportunities should you wish to take the next step into management.
