Job summary

Pursuit Collection, Jasper property Chateau Jasper, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all physical structures, from guest rooms to pools and outdoor spaces. You will plan tasks, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure flawless upkeep in line with Pursuit standards.

The role emphasizes health and safety, staff training, and effective communication with management. A minimum of three years’ related experience and strong mechanical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a related maintenance field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, and painting.
• Ability to train staff and provide direction.
• Comfort with administrative tasks and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities across the property.
• Coordinate with the Hotel Manager on schedules and priorities.
• Oversee vehicles, staff housing upkeep, and renovations.
• Lead safety programs and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure coverage; monitor quality of work.
