Job summary

Wakefield Canada is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to lead Toronto campus maintenance and facilities, aligning with ISO 14001/9001. You will drive HSSE compliance, maintenance reliability, and capital projects while mentoring technicians and coordinating with regional logistics.

A focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement is essential. You will collaborate with operations leadership to sustain asset performance, manage budgets, and oversee documentation and training

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in a manufacturing environment with automation.
• Experience troubleshooting controls systems and HMI/PLC.
• Mechanical engineering or tech background required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance and facilities operations to ensure HSSE compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance reliability programs and KPIs.
• Manage capital planning, budgets, and asset upgrades.
• Oversee contractor standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop maintenance technicians and apprentices.
