Job summary

Qualifications

• BAC/DEC/AEC in mechanics or electricity with five years of supervising a maintenance team.

• Experience with planning, documentation and work scheduling.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual building maintenance plan and justify related expenses.
• Supervise workers and contractors from various trades.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed by all workers.
• Manage priorities for troubleshooting HVAC and building mechanics.
• Lead small improvement projects on mechanical systems.
• Define lifecycle for facilities and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and material supplies.
• Handle all other related tasks.
