The Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the facilities and improving the building's maintenance service. It must set maintenance priorities and ensure that schedules are met through effective planning and supervision of the work of employees and contractors while ensuring the health and safety of workers under its responsibility.
The incumbent must have the necessary skills to work with the heads of the various departments and find appropriate solutions based on the stated objectives.
