Starlim North America is hiring a Manager, Facilities Management to lead safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of our London, Ontario facilities in support of a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will oversee Facility Cleaning and Facility Technical teams, provide hands-on electrical leadership, and drive preventative maintenance, capital projects, and energy efficiency while ensuring compliance with OHSA, electrical codes, and ISO requirements.

Competenze

• College diploma or university degree in facilities operation and maintenance.
• Must be a licensed Electrician (442A or 309A) as per Skilled Trades Ontario.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial electrical and hands-on facility operations.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Experience with main switch gear servicing, generator systems for life safety is an asset.
• ISO 7/8 - GMP cleanroom experience is an asset.
• BAS experience is an asset.
• SCADA experience is an asset.

Mansioni

• Inspect and plan preventive and predictive maintenance for building infrastructure and utilities.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program for asset registers, manuals, and warranties.
• Plan and manage facility projects with scopes, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Oversee and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems to support 24/7 manufacturing.
• Coordinate electrical troubleshooting and restore services safely and efficiently.
• Schedule installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure facility systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.
