Job summary

Brandt Developments Ltd. in Regina, SK is seeking a Facility Service & Dispatch Manager to lead the Service and Dispatch teams across owned and leased properties. The role focuses on directing daily operations, vendor engagement, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Reporting to the Manager of Facilities, you will mentor apprentices, support recruiting and performance management, and promote Brandt’s safety program across 140+ locations in Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Construction, Facility or Service Trades with supervisory experience.
• Journeyperson certification or trades background is asset.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Property Service Dispatch team and coordinate with Facility Managers for 140+ locations in Canada and the USA.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Service team in Regina and area.
• Ensure quality and fair costs from third-party vendors and contractors.
• Maintain vendor coverage to meet required service scopes.
• Monitor spending to avoid overspending or unnecessary work.
• Oversee service contract scopes with FM and Purchasing teams.
• Address tenant concerns and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee on-call rotation and after-hours escalation.
