Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will manage correspondence, track maintenance requests, and coordinate with vendors and internal staff to ensure timely facilities service delivery.
The role requires Grade 12 plus courses in word processing, at least two years in an office setting, and a 40 wpm typing speed.

Surrey Police Service (SPS) has an exciting opportunity for a Regular Full-Time FacilitiesClerk (Clerk 3) to join our Business & Infrastructure Services Section,within the Corporate Services Bureau. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, theincumbent will provide administrativeand operational support for a variety of facilities functions, includingprocessing maintenance and repair requests, coordinating service calls,maintaining facilities records, and assisting with the scheduling and trackingof facilities-related work. The Facilities Clerk will prepare correspondence,reports, and other documentation, maintain accurate files and databases, liaisewith internal stakeholders and external vendors, and help ensure the efficientdelivery of facilities services. The successful candidate will exercise soundjudgment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and work effectively withinestablished policies, procedures, and service standards.
The anticipated workschedule for the base full-time position is 35 hours a week. Please note, thehours are subject to change based on operational needs and adherence to theCollective Agreement.
