Sienna Senior Living in Markham is seeking a Manager, Building Services to lead enterprise-wide building programs for Care Communities and Retirement Residences, overseeing preventative maintenance, equipment and grounds management, security, waste, and environmental sustainability. The role partners with Operations and Capital Assets to drive initiatives.

The ideal candidate has eight years in environmental services or property management, knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and Fire Safety

Formación

• Post-secondary education in facilities, project or property management; designation is an asset.
• Fire safety planning training knowledge is an asset.
• Minimum eight years in environmental services or property management in large multi-site settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide building programs for Care Communities and Retirement Residences.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, equipment and grounds management, security, waste and sustainability.
• Plan, implement and track short- and long-term building initiatives and projects.
• Coach and mentor Building Consultants and Environmental Services Managers.
• Ensure contracts are negotiated and managed for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Operations and Capital Assets to align with policies and safety regulations.
