As the Facilities Administrator, you will support the Maintenance team by reviewing work orders completed by on-site maintenance technicians. You will use tracking software to review closed work orders for completeness and accuracy, communicate with maintenance technicians to clarify notes, post charges for tenant-caused damages, and initiate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work. This role requires strong prioritization and workload management skills, as well as the ability to support and coach colleagues when needed.
