Job summary

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a dependable Fabrication Shop Labourer for our North Shop in Grande Prairie, AB. This full-time, shop-based role supports hydro testing, pipefitting, welding, and general shop operations with no field work.

You will assist with material prep, assembly, and equipment handling while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and helping the team meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist hydro-testing, pipefitting, and welding personnel with material preparation and job setup.
• Assist with bolt-up and assembly of process piping, valves, flanges, and related components.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, materials, and equipment.
• Support receiving, staging, and organizing materials and equipment; complete related paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard.
• Assist with maintenance of Roska rental equipment and mobile yard equipment.
• Complete general labour duties, including painting equipment and shop areas.
• Safely use hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, grinders, and wrenches.
• Follow direction, safety procedures, and quality expectations while contributing to the crew.

Roska DBO Inc. is recruiting a Fabrication Shop Labourer for our North Shop in Grande Prairie, AB.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday shop-based role with overtime opportunities as workload requires. You will work alongside a close-knit fabrication crew supporting hydro testing, pipefitting, welding, equipment maintenance, and general shop operations. There is no field work associated with this position.

We are open to candidates at different stages: someone early in their trade career who is dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn, or an experienced shop hand who can bring practical fabrication or hydro-testing experience to the team.

What You'll Do

• Assist hydro-testing, pipefitting, and welding personnel with material preparation and job setup
• Assist with bolt-up and assembly of process piping, valves, flanges, and related components
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, materials, and equipment

What You Bring

• Class 5 driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract

Assets

• Previous experience in a fabrication shop, hydro testing, pipefitting, welding, or industrial labour
• Experience assembling piping, valves, flanges, or related equipment
• Loader and/or skid-steer certification and operating experience
• Experience with flange refacing
