Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a Field Operator to support our client in the Brooks, AB area. The role requires residency or accommodations in Brooks or nearby, as there is no camp or subsistence provided.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of oil and gas field operator experience, with preference for deep and shallow gas operations, pumpjacks, compression, dehy and refridge. Safety tickets and a valid Class 5 license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as an oil and gas field operator; willing to train the right candidate with related oil and gas experience.
• Preference for deep and shallow gas operations, pumpjacks, screw and reciprocating compression, dehy, refridge.
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, open-minded and results oriented.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise.
• Must have required safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, etc.).
• Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must have full class 5 driver license.
