International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.

At Coventry North, our luxury dealership represents world-class automotive engineering and elite client service, and we are looking to add an experienced F&I Manager that is able to deliver a seamless, high-end financing experience, to match. .

Location: 123 Auto Park Circle, Woodbridge, ON L4L 8R1

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Here's what you'll deliver:

• Present and explain finance, lease, and protection products to luxury car buyers.
• Structuring deals accurately and submitting them to lending partners.
• Ensure all deals comply with OMVIC and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain high product sold per turnover opportunity and product penetration targets.
• Build strong relationships with the sales team and lending institutions.
• Handle funding and paperwork efficiently and accurately.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience preferred).
• Proven track record of high performance and ethical business practices.
• Deep knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and licensing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suited for a luxury retail environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of PBS and Deskit dealers systems is an asset.
