The 401 Group of Companies seeks an Automotive Business Manager to lead Finance & Insurance, maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional client experience in Woodstock, Ontario. You will guide customers through financing options, warranties, and insurance, ensuring accuracy in all PBS and paperwork and driving positive outcomes for both clients and the dealership.

Qualifications

• F&I experience with automotive financing and aftersales products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance and explain aftermarket products clearly.
• Explain service procedures and dealership policies to customers.
• Process cash, financing and leasing deals and secure approvals.
• Track and report business office performance metrics.
• Train sales staff on PBS paperwork and compliance.
