Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with high volume and professionalism under pressure.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in indoor/outdoor environments at high altitude.
• Safety-focused practices and cash handling/cash outs experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training and coaching to front of house teams.
• Coordinate scheduling, recognition and performance management.
• Coordinate F&B orders and inventory with manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions.
• Handle service-related issues and resolve guest concerns.
• Keep restaurant area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager.
