Work Schedule : Night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Summary
We are seeking an Extrusion Operator to join our team on the night shift. The role focuses on producing various rubber profiles from raw materials using microwave or heated saltwater curing processes.

Handle quality issues, material and machine faults, and report them to the Shift Supervisor.
Contacts :
Occasional interaction with the Health & Safety Coordinator and Plant Manager. Daily interaction with the Shift Supervisor, Lead Hand, and Q.A. Inspector.
Working Conditions :
The incumbent spends nearly 100% of their time in the plant environment, involving light to moderate physical labor such as lifting, pulling, bending (less than 25 lbs), standing, and walking. There is frequent rotation every 3-4 hours from the feed-end to the take-off end of the line. Safety considerations include exposure to heat and sharp blades used for cutting rubber.
The employee must understand, respect, and adhere to workplace Health & Safety rules based on the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
