Job summary

Ottawa Catholic School Board is seeking an Early Childhood Educator - Extended Day Program Supervisor for a permanent, full-time 10-month position. The role oversees before/after school care for children aged 4–12 and requires an ECE diploma and current OECE registration, with at least two years of supervisory experience.

The salary range is $42,953 to $50,877 CAD (hourly $28.54–$33.80). Summer programs and PD days may apply; start date around October 19, 2026.

Under the general direction of Early Learning Services, the Early Childhood Educator - Extended Day Program Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the before and after school program for children between the ages of 4 - 12 years of age.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge And Skills

• a diploma in Early Childhood Education and current registration with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators;
• a minimum of two years of supervisory experience;
• recent experience with kindergarten/school age children is preferred;
• and current First Aid and CPR certification.

This is a permanent, full-time (10 month) positions with a salary range of $42,953 $50,877 (hourly rate of $28.54- $33.80). A comprehensive employee benefits package is also provided. Please note that based on enrollment, some programs may have a summer program, seven hours on PD Days, and one week at March Break.

The approximate start date is October 19, 2026.
