You will collaborate with technical teams on operational and engineering tasks, focusing on production economics, data analysis, and reporting. The role emphasizes hands-on experience with wells, completions, and production forecasting, with opportunities to develop BI dashboards and contribute to decision-making in a growing Canadian

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program and eligible for Coop/Internship
• 16-month term starting in May 2027
• Willing to relocate to Calgary for duration
• Strong communication and analytical skills; Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate wells/projects and establish production expectations with economics and recommendations
• Analyze completion, drilling, geology and production data to refine forecasts
• Perform decline analysis and verify production forecasts for producing wells
• Conduct financial analysis and review lease operating statements
• Prepare and present technical analyses to team and management
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for engineering staff
• Attend internal and external meetings as required
• Provide ad hoc support to engineers and managers
