Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Toronto is seeking a dedicated Manager to join the Brand Activations team. You will oversee client projects from concept to post-event reporting, coordinating a diverse team and ensuring timely delivery of exciting consumer experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in event management, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel with a valid Ontario driver's license. Permanent full-time employment is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field of study.
• Degree/certificate in Sports Management/Marketing would be considered a valuable asset.
• 3+ years of experience in event management and execution.
• Brand ambassador work is considered an asset.
• Can speak with and present to important partners.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends and outdoors in a Canadian climate.
• Must be willing to travel and have a valid Ontario drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of client projects by working with your team and adhering to the project management process.
• Communicate with a variety of external suppliers to secure the best assets for our clients and inform our project planning.
• Create project estimates, submit expenses and invoices, ensure project remains on budget, record costs and flag any discrepancies.
