Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick), including reading weld symbols and preparing materials for fabrication.
  • Proficiency in CNC machining operations, including setup, programming or editing programs, tooling selection, and safe machine operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices, equipment handling, and adherence to company quality assurance procedures.
  • Relevant trade certification or apprenticeship in welding or machining, or equivalent practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting materials as required, and working in a production environment.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaughan, ON for Welders and CNC Machinists.
