Qualifications

  • DVS in Machining Techniques or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years CNC machining experience.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and metrology.
  • Ability to use various measuring instruments.
  • Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operate, set up, and monitor CNC machines.
  • Perform machining operations according to dimensional requirements.
  • Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
  • Perform deburring and visual inspection of machined parts.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of manufactured components.
  • Maintain production and inspection records.
