An independent, privately owned veterinary clinic in London, Ontario is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager with strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve goals and KPIs
  • Manage HR functions including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff
  • Learn and remain proficient in all clinic roles to effectively train, support, and cross-cover team members as needed
  • Handle escalated client situations with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with practice owners to implement strategic priorities
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of veterinary management experience required
  • CVPM certification preferred, not required
  • Experience managing 5+ team members in a client-focused setting
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Positive, growth-minded attitude and ability to work independently
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Sundays closed)
  • Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
