Favorit Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Service/Parts Advisor to join our team in Toronto. You will manage the service department, handle parts ordering, and maintain accurate work orders and invoices while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires parts ordering experience, 2+ years in automotive service advisory, and familiarity with Mitchell 1 software. A valid G Class licence and strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have parts ordering experience.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work for mechanics.
• Must have a valid G Class Driver's Licence.
• Familiar with Mitchell 1 automotive repair software.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience in automotive dealership and automotive industry.
• Must have previous experience in automotive service advisor role.
• Manage and coordinate the Service Department.
• Create and update work orders and finalize invoices.
• Order and return parts.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer service.
